Mia Mia the Flamingo

Stamp and Create with Magnolia have another challenge for you & this time its Spring with Animals or Insects. I chose to use Mia Mia the Flamingo from Summer Memories collection & she is coloured with Prisma pencils. She is mounted onto a Nellie Multi frame die cut & edged with TH Spun Sugar DI. The papers are Magnolia but having cut them up, I cant remember which ones now. Lace from a local market stall. The doily flower is a Magnolia die & can be bought from here. The other flowers are from my stash. The Ribbon charm can be bought from here & the pearls are from here,

Here is a close up of the flowers I made with the Britannia die. It makes buttercups, roses & fuchsias. I adore the fuchsias especially.

Wild Rose Studio Floral Hugs

There is no weekly candy this week over at Stamp and Create as its running for 2 weeks this time, but I still have a card to showcase, I have used paper from My Minds Eye On the Sunny Side. The image is Wild Rose Studio Floral Hugs. It is coloured with Prisma pencils & I have added Glossy Accents onto the flowers to give a little dimension. The image is mounted onto a Nestie die cut & I have used a smaller die cut to offset, onto which I have added a fabric heart. The sentiment is from an old QVC kit.The Pearls from Kaiser Craft Plum & Ice Green. Added a little  Love charm with some Bakers Twine & here is my hubbys anniversary card.
This is a scheduled post as I am in Cyprus, but will look for challenges as I can.

Multi Tasking Mama

The challenge over at Dream Valley is Pearls & Lace & is very kindly sponsored by Krista over at Saturated Canary, who very kindly gave the DT an image of their choice to work with & I chose Multi Tasking Mama. I just loved her & coloured her with my Prisma pencils ( I have fallen in love with my pencils all over again lol). The papers were K & Co 12x12 scrapbook papers from stash. I have used Liquid Pearls to edge all the papers & image. Added flowers & ribbon & lace, all from stash. You can just see a doily beneath the image which was purchased from a local chinese food supplier (yes I am correct, thats where they were bought from lol) The leaf punch is MS Pine punch. Added a ticket die which is part of Magnolia three ticket die & hand wrote the sentiment. Added a little cup of tea charm & there you have my pearls & lace card.

My card is once again a Magnolia image. Karate Tilda from Winner Takes It All collection & is perfect for my niece for her birthday. She is coloured with Promarkers and mounted onto a Nestie die. I have used the same die & layered another die cut in black underneath, but its difficult to photograph & see it very well.
The paper is Echo Park Love Story. The sentiment is also from the same Magnolia collection. Doily & flowers from stash. The ribbon is from Hobby House and the star charm from here.

Tilda with Big Tulip Pot

Over at Stamp & Create with Magnolia we have a new challenge & its Spring with New Life. The prize is a free stamp of your choice from the store.

I chose to use Tilda with Big Tulip Pot as a bulb is new life right? I adored this stamp as soon as it came out, so just had to have her & I coloured her with TH Distress Inks. The papers are from a K & Co pad called Amy Butler. The image is mounted onto a rectangle Nellies Multi Frame die.
 I now have my computer back yey!! God dont you miss them when they are poorly? Its been a right pain & although I have the Ipad, its just not as easy as a proper computer lol.
The ribbon came from Hobby House & the sentiment is SU & stamped using Peeled Paint DI. The grass is a die by Joy Crafts.

The flowers are an assortment from stash but I have photographed the fuschias as I made these myself. It is a die from Britannia Dies & makes roses, buttercups & fuschias. I really love the fuschias so you will probably see more of those on future cards.

Put on some pink at Divas

The challenge over at Divas By Design this week is Put on some Pink & is sponsored by Kenny K. Now the DT were given some images to use BUT they are on my computer & I still don't have my main computer working. The only Kenny K I had was this image in a rubber stamp, so I have been creative & used pink with a male image. It's coloured with Prismas & mounted onto plain black Spellbinder square & the paper was from my off cut drawer, so no idea whose I'm afraid. The lettering came from an old QVC kit purchased years ago. The metal embellishment is another ancient purchase & I thought it went well with the theme of the card.
There you have it, another male card ( I seem to be on a roll with male cards lately)

It's time for another weekly candy over at Stamp & Create. All you need to do is pop over & grab the store banner, place in your sidebar & enter your name. How easy is that?
Ordinarily I would have the store banner here, but I am still without my computer, so am relying on my Ipad & it doesn't do all that I want it to do!!!Plus I have to go to my sons to upload the pictures onto my blog & I forgot to get things like the store banner & upload here.
My card for the store this week is using a digi stamp Pin Up Girl from Wags n Whiskers. She is coloured with Promarkers. The papers are Fancy Pants Love Note
There is Pom Pom black ribbon down the side, a few black dew drops & a charm. Sentiment was computer generated before I lost the use of it.
