The background paper I used is Bo Bunny Timepieces. I have a Tim Holtz Timepieces mask set, so this had great use in this card. I masked off the gears & the time wheel & distressed with TH Distress Inks. I cut them all out using a craft knife & then covered the gears in Glossy Accents so they look more like metal.
